JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Must maintain perfect attendance and be well groomed.
*Able to perform basic and advanced vehicle diagnostics.
*Repair and perform maintenance on vehicles in accordance to dealer and factory standards.
*Be able to complete necessary paperwork and documentation for service repairs.
*Proficiency using Shop Equipment and Computer systems.
*Must possess the ability to perform repairs and service in a timely manner as per labor guide in order to maintain productivity and shop efficiency.
*Follow work place cleanliness according to Dan’s Shop, O.S.H.A., and EPA standard.
*Be willing to participate in on-going company and manufacture training and educational programs, to stay current with new automotive technology.
*Maintain exceptional customer service.
*Provide and maintain a basic inventory of required hand tools.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

*Must be at least 21 yrs old.
*No criminal background.
*Valid driver license (clean driving record).
*ASE or Honda or Acura factory certified.
*At least 3-5 years of experience in general automotive repair, service, and diagnostic.
*Must be well groomed.
*Must have own tools (Snap-On, Mac, Matco).
*Able to follow instruction.
*Detail oriented.
*Ability to perform multiple duties in a fast-paced environment.
*Have strong communication skills include but not limited to ability to professionally answer phones and communicate with customers both in person and over the phone.
